Ingredients for 3 servings:

- 1 garlic clove(s)
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 ml broth, instant
- 50 g sheep’s cheese
- salt and pepper
- basil
- oregano
- Sugar
Instructions

Delicious with all kinds of pasta
Peel and dice the onions. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, feta cheese, and seasonings. Season to taste and simmer thoroughly. Either pour the sauce over the pasta and garnish with a basil leaf and feta cheese pieces, or stir the sauce into the pasta while still in the pot.
