Delicious and quick to make

Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté together in a pan, then add the tomato paste. It’s best to cut the salsiccia into thin slices and then halve or quarter them again, if you like, and add them to the pan. After sautéing briefly, add the passata and season with parsley and the Italian herbs. Let it simmer on low heat for a while. Season to taste with salt and a little pepper. Note: Chili is not necessary unless you want it a little hotter, but the heat from the sausage is usually enough. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and return to the pan, pour the sauce over the pasta and toss to coat. You can also serve with Parmesan or other cheese.
