Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 egg yolks (from fresh eggs)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 175 g powdered sugar
- 200 g cream
- 1 pack of flavoring (orange baking)
- 100 ml brandy
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Beat egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar in a mixer for 10 minutes. Then add cream and beat for another 8 minutes. Add orange zest and brandy, stir for another 3 minutes, and then pour into a prepared bottle. Makes about 1/2 liter and will keep for about 3 weeks if well refrigerated. Tip: Makes a great gift.
