Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 small carrots
- 350 ml tomato sauce
- 2 tsp vegetable broth
- some salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Herbs, Italian, dried
- some condensed milk
- 1 shot of dry white wine
- 350 g tagliatelle pasta
- n. B. cheese, grated
- some oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the carrot and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the minced meat to the onions and fry until crumbly. Now add the diced carrots and sauté. Pour in the tomato sauce and simmer. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente. Season the minced meat sauce with salt, pepper, paprika, and vegetable stock and continue simmering. Add a splash of dry white wine. If desired, sprinkle over Italian herbs and stir through. Finally, stir in a little condensed milk, but do not bring back to a boil. This makes the sauce thicker. Drain the pasta and serve with the minced meat sauce. Sprinkle some grated cheese over the pasta in the plate, pour on the minced meat sauce, and stir briefly.
