Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g confectionery (Mon Chéri)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 ml cherry liqueur
  • e.g. grain alcohol or vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

the simple version without egg

Heat the cream and milk in a saucepan. Melt the Mon Chéri in it. Do not let it boil. Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Use a hand blender to chop the cherries as finely as possible. To remove any remaining fruit pieces, pass the mixture through a fine sieve. Add the cherry liqueur to the slightly cooled mixture. Add vodka or schnapps, if desired. This recipe yields approximately 1 liter of liqueur.
