Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 500 g sugar
  • 60 g cocoa powder (not instant)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml rum (54%), brown)

Combine 250 ml of milk and the sugar and bring to a boil. Combine the remaining 250 ml of milk and the cocoa powder and bring to a boil, stirring constantly (careful—it burns easily!). Now add the cocoa mass to the sugar mixture and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring well every now and then. Let everything cool. Then add the vanilla sugar and rum, stir thoroughly, and refrigerate. It’s best to let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 day.
