Leek soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g bacon
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g flour
  • 200 g leek
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 liter of clear soup (e.g. beef broth)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the bacon and fry in butter. Add the finely chopped leeks, fry thoroughly, dust with flour, and pour in the broth. Simmer for about 20 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and finish with cream.
