Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1,000 g zucchini
- 3 large onions
- 2 red bell peppers
- 100 g celery
- 250 ml water
- 500 ml vinegar, mild
- 3 tsp salt
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp all-spice
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 180 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Thinly slice the zucchini and onion, finely slice the bell pepper, and peel and thinly slice the celery. Combine the vegetables. Bring the water, vinegar, salt, garlic, spices, and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Add the vegetables and simmer for about 8 minutes. Pour into jars and seal tightly.
