Crumble the yeast and mix with a little warm water until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place until it bubbles. Then knead well with all the other dough ingredients. Cover and let rise for about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, make the herb butter from the remaining ingredients. Spread the herb butter onto the rolled-out dough while it is still soft. Shape the dough into a log, cut off snails, and place them tightly in a baking dish with the cut side facing up. Let the bread rise for 15-20 minutes and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
