Cherry muffins

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 ml oil
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 300 g yogurt (cherry)
  • 100 g chocolate shavings (dark)
  • 5 tbsp sweet cream
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 36 sour cherries
  • 1 pack of cake icing (chocolate)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

enough for 12 pieces

Whisk the oil and egg vigorously. Then add the yogurt and cream and whisk again. In another bowl, combine the flour with the baking powder, chocolate shavings, salt, pudding powder, and vanilla sugar, and mix together. Pour the oil, yogurt, and cream mixture onto this mixture and stir together – this is best done with a wooden spoon. Grease the muffin cups and fill them two-thirds full with the batter. Now place three cherries in each cup and fill with batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Then let the muffins cool. Melt the cake glaze in a water bath and then spread it on the muffins. Tip: I already place the paper baking cups in the muffin tin. This saves me the hassle of greasing and guarantees that the muffins can be removed from the tin undamaged. Nobody has yet been bothered by the paper baking cups getting dirty while decorating.
