Balisto – muffins with passion fruit cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 pieces of chocolate (2 Balisto chocolate bars or similar)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • possibly milk if needed
  • 1 pack of cream powder (Aranca)
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 200 ml water, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, combine the butter and sugar, then beat in the eggs. Now beat in the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar, adding a little milk if desired. Grate the two Balisto chocolate bars into the batter. Pour the batter into a prepared muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, slice the muffins horizontally. Mix the aranca powder with the natural yogurt and water according to the package instructions, spread it on the muffins, and then replace the muffins.
