Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 tomatoes, sliced
- n. B. Lettuce, some leaves of it
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 bunch dill, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, line four glasses with lettuce leaves, season the sliced tomatoes, and arrange them on top. Then, mix the yogurt with the lemon juice, tomato ketchup, sugar, salt, and pepper and pour over the tomatoes. Garnish with sour cream and dill and serve.
