Pork fillet with broccoli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s)
  • 1 point bacon
  • 1 pt. Broccoli, frozen
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 bag of soup (broccoli soup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the fillet into slices, wrap each slice in bacon, and place in a baking dish. Arrange the broccoli on top. Mix the cream with the broccoli soup and pour over the meat. Bake in the oven at 225°C for 45 minutes.
