Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 cup(s) flour, strong
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 kg plum(s) (prunes), pitted, quartered
- 100 g walnuts, grated
- 120 g butter
- 150 g flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 100 g powdered sugar
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
For the batter, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl until frothy. Stir in the yogurt, flour, and baking powder. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet and cover the plums densely. Make a crumble from powdered sugar, walnuts, butter, flour, and cinnamon and sprinkle over the plums. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C until the yogurt base is firm and the crumble is crispy (takes approximately 40-45 minutes).
