  • 1 jar Nutella (350 g)
  • 4 eggs

Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat, fan oven: 150°C). Line a square springform pan or casserole dish with baking paper. Melt the Nutella in the microwave or over a pan of simmering water. Beat the eggs with a hand mixer for 6-8 minutes until creamy. Add the Nutella to the beaten eggs and gently mix. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. A quick tip: I sometimes add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the batter.
