Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g lentils, red
- 150 ml water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp, heaped agar-agar

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
as a spread – vegan
Cook the lentils in water for about 10 minutes until al dente, then stir in the agar agar and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Let cool slightly and then add to a food processor or blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend until slightly coarsely ground. Transfer to a bowl. The lentil pie will keep in the refrigerator for a few days.
