Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 jars of morello cherries
  • 2 bottles of vodka
  • 3 liters of lemonade (bitter lemon)
  • 2 ½ liters of vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Place the morello cherries in a large bowl, pour the vodka over them, and let them steep for a few hours. Just before serving, add the bitter lemon, followed by the ice cream, spoonful by spoonful.
