Fruity rice salad with peaches, ham and curry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g rice, cooked al dente
  • 100 g cooked ham, diced
  • 1 can peach(s), diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 100 g peas, extra fine
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Collect the juice from the canned peaches and mix it with the mayonnaise, curry powder, and salt. Dice the peaches and ham, mix all ingredients, and season to taste. Serve well chilled.
