Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar morello cherries
  • 1 liter cherry juice
  • ½ bottle of Amaretto, nB also more
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes

Place the cherries, liquid, and Amaretto into a punch bowl. This is best done a day in advance so the cherries can absorb the Amaretto. Add the chilled cherry juice and sparkling wine before serving.
