Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 240 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 140 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 80 ml oil
  • 250 ml buttermilk or cream
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • Sweets (Smarties or Love Beads)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 38 minutes

Makes 12: First, mix the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk the sugar and egg until frothy. Add the remaining wet ingredients and finally fold in the dry ingredients. Pour into a muffin tin (I always line them with paper baking cups, it looks nicer) and bake at 180°C for about 16-18 minutes. After baking, cover with icing and decorate with Smarties or candy beads (or maybe gummy bears or chocolate glaze).
