Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small pork fillet(s), sliced
  • 1 jar horseradish, cream
  • 1 jar cranberries, pickled
  • 150 g Camembert(s), piquant, not too spicy
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with cranberries and Camembert

Flatten the pork fillet slices slightly. Season with salt and pepper and sear briefly on each side, about 1 minute per side. Remove and let cool briefly. Place the fillet slices on a baking sheet. Place 1/2 teaspoon of creamed horseradish and 1/2 teaspoon of cranberries on each fillet slice, along with a slice of Camembert. You can remove the rind from the cheese, but it’s not necessary. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 5-7 minutes. For a sauce: Add 1 teaspoon of creamed horseradish and 1 teaspoon of cranberries to the roasting juices. Deglaze with a little water or stock and then reduce slightly. You don’t need a lot of seasoning. The sweetness of the berries and the slightly spicy flavor of the horseradish add flavor.
