Marble Nutella muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp Nutella or other hazelnut spread

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Melt the butter in a double boiler. Meanwhile, combine the flour and baking powder, then beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Then add the butter to the egg and sugar mixture, along with the milk and flour mixture. Mix everything well. Divide half of the batter among the muffin cups and stir a generous tablespoon of Nutella into the rest. Spoon the remaining chocolate batter into the muffin cups and fold in once with a fork. Then bake everything in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 20-25 minutes. Once the muffins have cooled, you can decorate them as desired. Makes 12 muffins.
