Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g pineapple, from the can
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- ¼ part herbal salt
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Drain the pineapple and chop it very finely. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings together, then add the pineapple. Serve with crackers or white bread for dipping.
