Tomato soup with banana

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 125 g vegetable stock
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar, brown sugar, or honey
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as a main course

Dice the onions and garlic clove and sauté in olive oil in a pan. Refresh with vegetable stock and add the tomatoes. Blend the ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth, then bring to a boil. Be careful, it’s a tangy affair! Add the banana and blend. Season with pepper, salt, and sugar/honey, if desired.
