Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can/n Lentils , with vegetables
  • 1 tbsp mustard, mild
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch(s) clove(s), ground
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Briefly heat the lentils. Drain the liquid. Make a marinade from the remaining ingredients and pour it over the warmed lentils. Let it sit for about 30 minutes. Season with a little nutmeg, if desired.
