Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 200 g beans, white
  • Coriander leaves, fresh
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ lemon(s), fresh
  • some ginger, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious spread

Drain the beans. Squeeze the lemon. Blend all ingredients, except the lemon juice, with a hand blender. Slowly add the lemon juice while blending until the desired consistency is reached. No further seasoning is necessary.
