Pasta casserole with bacon, pear, broccoli and Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g pasta
  • 175 g broccoli
  • 1 large pear(s), ripe
  • 75g Gorgonzola
  • 75g bacon
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • tarragon
  • some butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Cut the broccoli into small florets and blanch. Peel and core the pear, and cut into small cubes. Dice the bacon and Gorgonzola. Grease a baking dish with butter. Mix the pasta, broccoli, Gorgonzola, pear, and bacon well and pour into the dish. Whisk the cream with the egg, season generously with salt, pepper, and tarragon, and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 20-25 minutes.
