Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 jacket potatoes
  • 4 apples, the same size as the potatoes
  • 120 g flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 7 sugars
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 lemon(s), grated peel
  • Butter, for the mold
  • e.g. whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the potatoes (cooked the day before), peel the apples, and finely grate both. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease a springform pan with butter and spread the batter evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 60 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
