Paprika goulash with meat sausage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 1 meat sausage
  • 3 ml vegetable broth or meat broth
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Tomato paste
  • e.g. tomato ketchup
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Olive oil or other fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion and sausage and fry in olive oil. Meanwhile, peel and dice the bell peppers. Add the vegetable stock and bell peppers to the onions and sausage, season with spices, and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
