Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 100 ml milk
- 200 ml coffee, hot
- 4 tbsp syrup (peppermint syrup)
- Mint, fresh, and 4 After Eight tablets
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whip the cream with 1 teaspoon of sugar until stiff. Mix the remaining sugar with cocoa powder and 5 tablespoons of cold milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil and stir in the cocoa. Mix the cocoa with the coffee and 3 tablespoons of peppermint syrup. Pour into 2 cups and top each with a dollop of cream. Cut the After Eight bars diagonally in half and place them in the cream. Drizzle the remaining peppermint syrup over the cream and garnish with mint leaves.
