Peppers – Cheese – Corn – Salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • Cheese (Gouda, approx. 300 – 400 g)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • ½ jar Miracle Whip Balance
  • 1 bottle of yogurt dressing, or homemade
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the cheese into small cubes. Wash and deseed the bell peppers, and also cut them into small cubes. Drain the corn and put everything in a bowl. Mix the homemade dressing or the ready-made dressing with Miracle Whip Balance and add herbs as desired. Add to the cheese, bell peppers, and corn. The salad tastes best the next day.
