Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ cup mustard, medium hot, approx. 100 g
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 apple
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Finely dice the hard-boiled egg, the cored and peeled apple, and the onion. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
