Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), very ripe
  • 1 papaya, very ripe
  • 1 nectarine(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • ¼ red chili pepper(s)
  • extra oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

Peel the mango, papaya, and nectarine and cut into small pieces. Mix with a thinly sliced ​​spring onion, lime juice, finely chopped chili, oil, salt, and pepper. Cook thoroughly, then refrigerate. The chutney can be stored in sealed jars (filled hot) in the refrigerator for about 4 weeks.
