Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 mango(s), very ripe
- 1 papaya, very ripe
- 1 nectarine(s)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 2 tsp lime juice
- ¼ red chili pepper(s)
- extra oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes
Peel the mango, papaya, and nectarine and cut into small pieces. Mix with a thinly sliced spring onion, lime juice, finely chopped chili, oil, salt, and pepper. Cook thoroughly, then refrigerate. The chutney can be stored in sealed jars (filled hot) in the refrigerator for about 4 weeks.
