Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 500 g pasta (croissants)
  • salt water
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 pack of bell peppers, red, green, yellow
  • 1 bottle of ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Pasta, minced meat, peppers, very tasty, main course, quick

Dice the bell peppers and onions. Brown the minced meat in oil in a large pan. Add the bell peppers and onions and fry. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika and fry with the vegetables until crispy. Cook the noodles in salted water. Combine the minced meat, vegetables, and noodles in a large bowl and mix. Finally, drizzle with curry ketchup. Mix again until the desired consistency is reached.
