Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¾ kg plum(s)
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 125 ml oil
  • 125 ml milk (water)
  • 250 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Blend the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix in the flour, baking powder, oil, and milk. Slowly mix the stiffly beaten egg whites into the batter. Place the batter on a greased baking sheet, top with the pitted plums, and bake for one hour at 150 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
