Baked chicken breast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 portions of chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 can peach(s) , (pie peaches)
  • 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
  • ½ cup cream or milk
  • some chicken seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with peaches and hollandaise sauce

Chop the chicken breast fillets into small pieces, as desired, or leave them whole. Season with chicken seasoning and sear briefly for about 2-3 minutes (the meat shouldn’t be cooked all the way through). Transfer the seared meat to a casserole dish and top with the peaches. Thin the hollandaise sauce with cream or milk and pour it over the peaches and meat. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Serve with rice and salad. It also goes well with asparagus.
