Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 fillet(s), turkey fillet, washed, dabbed
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- salt and pepper
- 100 g cheese, grated
- oregano
- possibly garlic
- n. B. herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pound the raw turkey fillets, season to taste, place in an ovenproof dish, and drizzle with cream. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. The turkey fillets are done when the cheese is melted and slightly browned. Arrange the fillets and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs (chives, parsley). Serve with a green salad, jacket potatoes, rice, or a herb baguette.
