Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 g puff pastry
- 320 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 200 g butter, liquid
- 150 g apricot jam
- 2 tbsp water

Enough for one baking sheet. Thaw the puff pastry. Dust a baking tray with flour and place the puff pastry sheets together to form a rectangular surface. Moisten the ends with a brush and press firmly. Roll out the dough to the size of the baking sheet. Rinse the baking sheet with cold water, place the dough on it, and prick several times. Mix the flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour the butter over it. Crumble the mixture evenly with your hand and spread it over the puff pastry. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 30 minutes. If desired, heat apricot jam with 2 tablespoons of water and spread it over the still-hot cake. Let cool on the baking sheet.
