Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml condensed milk
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • ½ pack of vanilla pudding powder
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g poppy seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter together, then add the eggs. Now stir in the milk and condensed milk, followed by the vanilla pudding powder. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the batter. Finally, add the poppy seeds to the batter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Pour the batter into 12 muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes.
