Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spiral pasta)
- 250 g meat sausage
- 2 large onions
- 1 tube(s) mayonnaise
- 1 shot of vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes
Cook the spiral pasta according to the instructions and let it cool. Dice the extra sausage and finely chop the onions. Season the pasta, sausage, onions, and mayonnaise with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Let it marinate, ideally overnight. It tastes even better the next day.
