Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 dashes flavoring (lemon flavor)
  • 1 dashes bitter almond flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very light and juicy

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan. Then bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) on the middle rack for 1 hour. You can combine the batter with anything you like nuts, almonds, raisins, cocoa powder, etc.
