Feta cheese soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 2 large onions (vegetable onions)
  • 1 kg minced beef (mixed is also possible)
  • 1 kg mild sheep’s cheese
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 8 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Brown the ground beef and onions, place in a large pot, and add the remaining ingredients. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes beforehand to help it dissolve. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Make sure the soup is neither too thick nor too thin (experience makes perfect!). It’s a hit at any occasion! (Please don’t plan to serve this as a soup starter, as it’s very filling.) Serve with ciabatta bread and a good wine!
