Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 190 g flour
- 200 g pudding (chocolate pudding)
- 60 g sugar
- 8 g baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 ml milk
- 25 g cocoa powder
- n. B. Fruit, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
without fat and without cream, still juicy and fluffy
Mix all ingredients together until a thick batter forms. If desired, fold in chopped fruit with a tablespoon. Divide the batter among 12 muffin cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes, then let cool. Note: The muffins will be moist and fluffy and not too sweet.
