Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g yogurt
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g mascarpone
- 2 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp Calvados
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 12 ladyfingers
- 1 jar apple compote, or homemade
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
With apple compote, mascarpone and ladyfingers
Mix yogurt, quark, mascarpone, apple juice, Calvados, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Layer everything: Fill four glasses with a crumbled sponge finger each. Add 1-2 spoonfuls of apple compote, then layer the mixed mixture and more crumbled sponge fingers, and so on. Finally, insert a sponge finger at an angle and garnish with cinnamon. It tastes even better when left to stand.
