Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 50 ml cherry juice
  • 50 ml espresso
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 250 g mixed fruits, frozen
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • Vanilla extract
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • lemon zest
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

I arranged the quick tiramisu in small preserving jars. To do this, combine cherry juice and espresso. Dip each sponge finger into the mixture on both sides and place one sponge finger in each jar. Break them up with your fingers. Sprinkle the fruit on top. Mix the quark with powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest. Add the yogurt and stir briefly. Spread the cream over the fruit. Cover the dessert and chill for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
