Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 500 g mild yogurt, 1.5% fat
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 1 pack of meringue(s), colorful
- 500 g strawberries, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Fast, healthy and delicious
Roll out the unopened meringue packet with a rolling pin until finely chopped. Combine the unthawed strawberries with half of the meringue and place in a glass bowl. Then mix the quark, yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice, and season to taste. Pour the cream over the strawberries and sprinkle with the remaining meringue. Now refrigerate the dessert for 2-3 hours. A quick tip: For the top, I work the meringue a bit coarser, but save one of the meringue crowns for decoration.
