- 1 avocado(s), soft
- 1 mango(s), ripe
- 3 stalk(s) asparagus, cooked, in pieces
- lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- some salt
- olive oil
- chili powder
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel and press the garlic, then mix with the lemon juice, chili powder, and salt. Peel the avocado, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and mix with the juice. Then add the peeled and sliced mango and asparagus, and mix well. Drizzle with olive oil and grate Parmesan cheese over the top.
