Three cheese pot with pasta and spinach

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 cups of noodles, cooked
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 10 leaves of spinach, fresh (or frozen)
  • 375 ml cream
  • 125 ml wine, white, dry
  • 1 cup mozzarella, grated
  • 1 cup cheese (grated cheddar)
  • 60 g blue cheese, mild, crumbled
  • ½ tsp sage
  • 1 tsp white pepper, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place pasta in a greased baking dish. Cook garlic and (thawed) spinach until soft, then cover pasta with the garlic and spinach. Add cream and white wine to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in the cheeses, sage, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the spinach pasta and bake for about 20 minutes.
