Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of watercress, wash and chop
- 2 bowls of garden cress, cut into small pieces
- 150 g quark
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ lemon(s), zest and juice
- ½ tsp honey
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the watercress, half of the garden cress, quark, mustard, honey, lemon juice and zest, and pumpkin seed oil. Season with salt and pepper and blend with a hand blender until it turns green. Divide the quark among plates and sprinkle with the remaining garden cress.
