Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quick, delicious dessert

Break the sandwich biscuits by hand. I always put a few in a freezer bag and crush the biscuits into large chunks by hand. Then set these aside in a bowl. Mix together the yogurt, quark, and sour cream. Let the cherries drain. Now layer the three components. At the bottom, a layer of biscuits, then cherries, then quark dessert, then again, and finally biscuits as the final layer. The quark dessert can be prepared immediately before eating; it’s best to refrigerate it for an hour beforehand so the biscuits are still crunchy. If you prefer it soft, you can also prepare the quark dessert the day before and let it set. I like to bring this quark dessert to parties and am regularly asked for the recipe.
